Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. I am also an NBER Faculty Research Fellow, a faculty affiliate of CEPR and CCPR, and a network member of CESifo.

My research investigates the mechanisms underlying gender differences in labor market and educational outcomes.
